Rapid absorption and hydration of the sore by ZAP-H™ causes it to melt away, leading to rapid sore disappearance.
Zap-H™ is powered by 9, mostly plant-based, hydrating agents
- GLYCERIN (Glycerol) - hydrating & may promote wound healing
· LAURIC ACID –hydrating, skin softening & antimicrobial
· MONOLAURIN – hydrating and emulsifying properties enhance hydrating effects &, powerful antimicrobial properties
· LECITHIN– hydrating agent & emollient that softens skin
· PENTYLENE GLYCOL - hydrating & skin absorption enhancer
[*Note Pentylene Glycol is plant based and is utilized in Zap-H™, rather than the petroleum-based propylene glycol, which is more commonly used. Pentylene glycol is gentler and has less irritation, helps strengthen the skin barrier preventing moisture loss, and has better antimicrobial preservative properties.]
· CYCLODEXTRIN – hydrating, skin absorption & stabilizing agent
· GLYCINE – hydrating agent, an amino acid, may also promote wound healing
-CITRIC ACID & TRISODIUM CITRATE (found in lemons) - act as pH buffers, but both also contribute to skin hydration

NO DRUGS ! WATER BASED !
- The ONLY topical cold sore application that disrupts the viral envelope.
- The only application that dissolves the viral protective coating → cold sore actually disappears → not merely a cover-up.
Zap-H™ includes what we call, The Body’s Own…
it refers to the same, key protective agent used in mother’s milk
-- monolaurin**--
also a major component (45%) of coconut oil.
The magic of Zap-H™ is, simple:
a water-based alternative to an oil-based cream,
with additional plant-based ingredients for improved
hydration & skin absorption, a gentle texture and shelf stability.
Experience the combination of protective hydrating forces
(1) powerful, yet gentle, protection created for a mother to protect her infant child yet powerful enough for you with
(2) the purity of water to cleanse and help return skin back to normal.
[Because viral envelope disruption is accomplished by an ingredient in Zap-H™ that is also present in mother's milk, this compound is not considered a drug. See References below. ]
Proposed viral envelope disruption has not been proven the FDA.

You can sleep, and then wake up, peacefully.

* The Food and Drug Administration of the United States guidelines classify menthol as an essential oil. Menthol is considered safe, i.e., “GRAS” status by the FDA. Menthol is approved for application onto cold sore/fever blisters by the FDA.
Zap-H™ ingredients have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA regarding improvements in cold sore (HSV1) virus infections.
Zap-H™ does not cure or remove the virus from the body, because the herpes virus can remain dormant, as it hides inside the body's nerve cells until the next outbreak.
