FIRST APPLICATION (Apply around irritated or broken lip or skin areas, including around sores that may be due to a viral infection.)
5. Apply at the first signs of any lip or skin irritation. It works best to apply multiple times (>4 per day,) even up to 12 times as is convenient. You want to continuously expose the irritated area to the MonolaurX serum. Its gentle nature helps prevent further irritation, even with multiple daily applications.
Continue to apply multiple times daily. MonolaurX helps healing. Apply until all signs of skin irritation disappear.
If started within the first 24 hours of onset of any lip or skin irritation, symptoms can disappear. in a day or two.
NOTE: Wash your hands before and after you apply MonolaurX regardless of whether you use your finger or an applicator.
No limit has been determined unless there is irritation, at which point one should discontinue, or reduce the frequency of application.
Only mild, temporary irritation to the serum has been reported, mostly with open skin areas or blisters. If a higher degree of irritation or rash is experienced, reduce frequency or stop use and contact a health professional.
( MonolaurX absorbs into skin. Massage any residue into the lip.)

USED FOR:
Cleaning around skin and lip irritation. or breaks, including dry, cracked skin or even microbial/ viral related sores. Such cracked skin can be an area for microbes, such as bacteria and viruses to enter. You need to clean the area to sooth the skin around it. Such cleansing is also intended to prevent further spread.
FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY - Apply only on affected areas - Do not use in or near eyes
ALLERGY - May cause local irritation or an allergic reaction, such as a rash.
- If a reaction occurs, stop use and get medical help immediately.
- In children less than 16 years old without physician direction
STOP USE AND ASK A DOCTOR- If your lip or skin irritation gets worse or is not healed in 10 days.

- Shake well before use.
- Best when applied at the earliest sign of symptoms, but some relief is noted even after 2-5-days of a dried or scabbed lip or skin area.

STORAGE -
(Room) Temperature between 40°F - 75°F (5°C - 23°C)
Best not to freeze and avoid heat over 80°F (27°C). The serum contains plant oils. Elevated temperatures will liquify the formulation somewhat, as it is fat-based and can be temperature sensitive. When exposed to prolonged elevated temperatures, the serum may be slightly thicker after cooling, but efficacy will be the same.
For example, avoid keeping it in your pocket for long periods of time, or in a car in the summertime.
If exposed to elevated temperatures, allow it to cool at room temperature, or temporarily in the refrigerator, and then shake vigorously before use.
- Keep cap tightly closed at all times.
